Lisa and Brenda are certified Leadership and Team coaches and have extensive experience in the corporate environment. The Lighthouse Leadership Collective is a group of leaders and professionals from different walks of life.
What you will get is a like-minded group to bounce your ideas and issues off of during discussions, and training sessions moderated by Lisa and Brenda. One of the interesting elements of the Leadership Collective is when Lisa and Brenda engage in role playing demonstrations to illustrate the different techniques to use to resolve issues.
